* What age do you take babies for lessons?
We take babies for lessons from age 8 weeks and up.

* How do we find Chessgrove Swim?

* My baby hasn't had all of their injections. Can they start lessons yet?
If you are unsure about whether to take your baby swimming yet, please check with you health visitor.

* What should my baby wear for swimming lessons?
We ask that all babies adhere to our double nappy system. For more information on this please visit our "Babies" Page on this website.

* What if I miss a lesson because of holidays, illness, etc?
If you know you will not be able to make a lesson, please let us know and we will do our best to provide replacement lesson /s for you child.

* Do I go in the water with my child for their lessons?
This depends on the age of your child. For babies and toddlers (up to 3 years old), parents are required to be in the water for these lessons. Any child older than this will not need parents in the water.

* What are the benefits of doing a crash course rather than regular, weekly lessons?
The benefit of a crash courses is that the child is swimming every day. The confidence and development will grow throughout the course, but then should be backed up with weekly swimming lessons to keep up the continuity.
