All lessons take place in our own luxurious pool which is heated to 32 degrees and above. As the water is beautifully warm, this makes a great introduction to nervous or unwilling swimmers and helps to encourage children to get their faces wet. For baby swimmers, warm water is essential, and makes the swimming experience much more enjoyable for the parents in the water with them as well!
The pool is 1.1m – 1.2m deep, which is deeper than traditional “toddler pools” and means that the younger children cannot reach the bottom, and so tend to learn to swim more quickly. This depth is great for parents holding babies in the water, as the water is about chest high. Due to the depth, we enforce a no diving policy at all times.

Spectators
We have limited space for spectating which is directly on the poolside. To keep noise levels down, we ask that you only watch the lesson that your child is in, and remain in the waiting area until that lesson starts. Also, please supervise closely other siblings who are not swimming, as the floors become slippery when wet.
The water in the pool is beautifully warm, and so is the poolside! Spectators need to dress in light clothing to remain comfortable, as the temperature on the poolside is set for the comfort of the swimmers not the spectators.
No outdoor shoes are allowed on the poolside |
